Mai has been an Administrative Professional for over 17 years and is currently working with the Ausgrid Control Room as their System Control Scheduling Coordinator since June 2021. Before Ausgrid, Mai has managed staffing needs across many companies and has been involved in workforce management for the Construction Industry, Pharmacy Solutions and Logistics.
As the ACRNA’s inaugural appointed Operations Manager since November 2022. Mai manages all of the operations and administration behind the ACRNA, with volunteered support from its Corporate Members, Individual Members and the Management Committee.
Mai looks forward to working with everyone at the ACRNA and is motivated to assist, learn, identify and implement best practices for control rooms across Australia and NZ, and their national and international partners!
