Lucas has been in the road operations and tunnel industry for 15 years. He has managed the Melbourne CityLink control room, Legacy Way control room in Brisbane and worked closely with several other control rooms nationally in pursuit of best practice.
Concurrent to this experience he has been involved in the management of major events and venues nationally up to and including the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) as a medical services Commander working in event control centres.
Lucas is currently working as part of the design team for the new North East Link Tunnel a $17 billion project to fix the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network.
