Chris is the Founder and Director of RoadAid, an operations and maintenance company supporting the motorway and tunnel industry across Australia. With over a decade of experience on some of the country’s busiest private toll networks and extensive involvement in managing critical incidents, Chris has developed strong expertise and passion in road and network operations, as well as emergency management.
He also spent time in integrated remote operations for a coal mining company, overseeing a major coal preparation plant from Brisbane’s CBD. During this period, he identified and implemented improvements to the site’s SCADA systems that enhanced efficiency and situational awareness for both site teams and remote operators.
Chris has since transitioned from frontline operations to strategic oversight, helping to shape incident response frameworks and provide end-user input into the design and functionality of new and upgraded control systems.
