His background spans control room operations, incident management, operational readiness, asset integration, and continuous improvement across some of Victoria’s largest road infrastructure assets.
He is recognised for delivering safe, reliable, and compliant operations at scale, combining strong governance, disciplined operating models, and calm, decisive leadership in high-risk environments. Trevor specialises in aligning people, process, and technology to drive operational performance, maintain network availability, and support strong customer and stakeholder outcomes.
As President of the Australian Control Room Network Association, Trevor is passionate about advancing the professionalism, capability, and recognition of control room operations across Australia. He is a strong advocate for sharing operational knowledge across sectors, recognising that the principles of high-reliability operations apply equally to transport networks, major events, entertainment venues, utilities, and other complex real-time operational environments.
