I have over 20 years experience working within various heavy industries both as service provider and end user. I have worked at HIMA, Honeywell, Origin Energy and now VIVA Energy Geelong Refinery. I have worked on a number of control, instrumentation, communication and electrical systems. I have helped lead various improvement projects and support delivery of various automation improvements across different industries. More recently I have take a role of supporting VIVA Control Room visualisation infrastructure which complements the existing role in supporting the reliability of automation infrastructure on site.
I have been working alongside Paul Lewis and other stakeholders at the refinery for a number of years now and have attended ACRNA conference since 2023.
The opportunity to network and discuss challenges around Control Room management has significantly contributed to the design and I’m sure play a part in the evolution of our control room.
VIVA Energy supply over half east cost fuel needs to the Victorian and NSW markets will continue to play a major role in the Australia fuel security needs. We continue to look towards innovation which will help our business in achieving its goals and foremost make it safer and more efficient to operate.
