Through Haddon Innovations, Michael provides independent advisory services, stepping in where businesses need experienced capability they don’t have in house, working with asset owners and providers across Energy, Resources, Mining, Oil & Gas, Defence, and Infrastructure.
This is underpinned by over two decades identifying and delivering solutions inside control rooms, giving him a supplier side view that operators rarely get direct access to, spanning facility management systems, operational technology, AI enabled decision support, and cyber security.
Through this work he also serves on the Executive Committee of the Australian Control Room Network Association, focused on advancing ACRNA’s vision and mission to deliver value back to the industry through best practice.
