A relative new-comer to the energy industry and control rooms, Tim is the Network Operations Manager who is responsible for the operation and control of Jemena’s Electricity Distribution network which supplies electricity to approximately 350,000 customers in Victoria. Prior to this Tim led a key Customer Service Transformation for Jemena and also operated as Director of Jemena’s Operational Technology Program for the previous 2 years. Before joining Jemena, Tim held various leadership roles at Telstra over a 15 year period in IT, Portfolio, Cloud Services and various operational roles. Prior to Telstra Tim was a management consultant at Accenture for 9 years. Outside of work Tim enjoys spending time with family and has a passion for all things motorsport, particularly Formula 1.
